We DO ship all over the US, but the vast majority of our business is in Denver and surrounding areas, Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Unless you are out of our service area (we serve most of Colorado) we are going to bring you your game, get it into your basement or wherever you request us to place it, set it up and then show you how to use it. We're going to come back and take care of any service issues if one occurs, even if it's five years from now. If it's under our in home warranty that every system we sell gets, there is no charge unless you are in an area where we have a small out of area trip charge if a special trip is made. And we'll come even if it's out of warranty. Please know we'll do everything we can to make your experience with us a positive one. If you live in our area, our full service INCLUDES delivery, set up and an in-home warranty service program. And we'll be here to continue servicing you after the warranty! If you are from outside our area, we will gladly ship your produce and we do not charge a packing fee. We generally consider in-area delivery service to be within about a one hour drive each way from the Colorado Springs area..Denver is included! We charge an extra $25 for deliveries that are beyond a 45 mile radius.
